A new series of works on paper has been added to the Loveday Studio store on February 17, 2020. These works are the continued exploration of the relationship between oil pastel as gestural markings on the paper and resist to the sumi-e ink that is brushed and splashed on the surface in the style of the "chang" writing/painting tradition of the Zen Buddhist of Japan in the 9th Century AD.
